As a key contributor in incorporating blockchain features into Astra, I led the ideation of user flows, crafted visual designs, and conducted usability tests.
As the lead designer, providing a delightful experience to guide existing customers to use the updated products.
Collaborated with PMs, the Support Team, and Front-end Engineers to successfully add a user-friendly Account Deletion feature to Astra, enhancing user experience and data privacy.
I redesigned the onboarding experience and created the purchase flow for Yahoo Small Business
Updated the experience of how customers explore the USA Today web app and improved engagement.

Through educational initiatives, mentorship, and active community engagement, I aim to elevate not just the work we do, but also the ways in which we think about and approach design.
UX Community Co-founder
I co-founded a UX community tailored specifically for UX designers in the UK. Since its inception, our community has flourished, now boasting close to 400 dedicated designers. Through this group, we aim to foster collaboration, share insights, and elevate the field of user experience design across the country.
Social Media Influencer
I have been sharing design insights on Xiaohongshu（小红书） to contribute to the design community and make it more accessible for newcomers. My posts aim to elevate industry standards and offer practical advice to remove entry barriers for aspiring UX professionals.

Keynote Speaker
I was honored to be invited to speak at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and University College London (UCL). During these talks, I shared my insights on how AI is transforming the tech industry and offered guidance on how the younger generation can navigate the emerging challenges it presents.
